ClassToHome Terms and Conditions

1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClassToHome (classtohome.com and app.classtohome.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this platform. ClassToHome is operated by Will Chase AI Solutions, LLC.
2.Who May Use ClassToHome
ClassToHome is intended for use by:
- Licensed educators and school staff
- K-12 students with teacher or school authorization
- Parents and guardians of enrolled students
Individual teachers may sign up directly. Schools and districts must request access through the platform. All users must be authorized by a teacher or school administrator before accessing student-facing features.
3.Accounts and Access
Teachers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Student accounts are created through teacher-uploaded rosters and activated by the student. Parent accounts are created through teacher-issued invite links.
You may not share your login credentials with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
ClassToHome reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is used in a manner inconsistent with the platform's intended educational purpose.
4.Acceptable Use
You agree to use ClassToHome only for lawful educational purposes. You may not:
- Upload, post, or share content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate for a K-12 educational setting
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
- Use the platform to harass, bully, or harm any student, parent, or educator
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the platform
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission from Will Chase AI Solutions, LLC
5.Student Data
ClassToHome collects limited student data necessary to operate the platform, including student names, student ID numbers, and assignment submissions. This data is used solely to provide the educational services described on this platform.
ClassToHome does not sell student data to any third party. ClassToHome does not use student data for advertising purposes.
Schools and teachers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to share student information with ClassToHome in accordance with FERPA and applicable state laws.
6.Grades and Academic Records
Grades and scores displayed in ClassToHome reflect only work submitted through this platform. They do not represent a student's official course grade or academic record. Official grades are maintained by the school's designated grading system. ClassToHome is not an official gradebook.
7.Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials on ClassToHome are the property of Will Chase AI Solutions, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Original content uploaded by teachers — including agendas, assignments, and instructional materials — remains the intellectual property of the uploading teacher.
8.Payments and Subscriptions
Individual teacher accounts include a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at the current rate listed on classtohome.com.
School and district accounts are billed annually starting at $500 per year. Pricing varies based on school size. Contact hello@classtohome.com for school pricing.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
9.Disclaimer of Warranties
ClassToHome is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Will Chase AI Solutions, LLC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Will Chase AI Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClassToHome.
11.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ClassToHome after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email when SendGrid integration is active.
12.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
